At this time you will have the option of cancelling your order for a full refund or proceeding with the order. You may be required to pay the difference in pricing to proceed.
PrePaid Call Recording Cards - Terms and Conditions
By using the MIVA PrePaid Recording Card you accept full responsibility for the use of the service, for the storage of recordings emailed to you, for the use of all recorded conversations conducted by you and where required, for notifying all parties participating in the telephone conversation that the call is being recorded.
Different countries and states may have different laws regarding recording telephone conversations or the use of such recordings; please ensure that you are aware of all such laws before using the service to other destinations.
Mivatech Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for and accepts no liability relating to the use of the service or relating to the recordings created.
Where an indial number has been allocated to you for use on a PrePaid Recording card, you must maintain a balance greater than zero on your PrePaid Recording Card. If your balance falls to zero then you have seven (7) days to top up your account or your indial number may be removed from your account.
